This policy explains what WiseGlassNY LLC collects through wiseglassny.com, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
When you contact us. The details you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your project — the type of work, the address, and any message. We only ever have what you choose to enter.
How you found us. If you arrived from an advert or a search, your browser passes along markers identifying the campaign — Google calls these gclid, Meta calls theirs fbclid — along with the page you landed on and the site you came from. We keep these so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.
How the site is used. Which pages are viewed, how far down them people scroll, how long sections hold attention, and whether a form was started or finished. This is about pages, not about you: it tells us a section is being skipped, not who skipped it.
Technical information. Your browser and device type, and your approximate country and region. We do not store your IP address. It is converted into an irreversible fingerprint the moment it reaches us, used only to block spam and spot duplicate submissions, and the original is discarded.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies if you allow analytics. The Meta Pixel sets its own — _fbp — if you allow advertising. Nothing beyond wg_consent is set before you choose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
Always. Your enquiry is stored in our database (Supabase), sent to our project management system (Monday.com), and notified to our team over Telegram so somebody calls you back quickly. These are the mechanics of answering you.
Only if you allow advertising cookies. The Meta Pixel loads and tells Meta that you visited, and that you sent an enquiry if you do — never what you wrote in it. Later, when a job is won, we tell Google Ads and Meta that the advert worked, so they stop spending your attention and our money on advertising that does not. Your email and phone number are converted into an irreversible fingerprint before they are sent — the platforms can match it against a customer they already know, but cannot read it or learn anything new about you from it.
Only if you allow analytics cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive usage data about pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may need them — an installation carries a warranty, and clients come back years later. Campaign markers such as gclid are kept for up to 90 days, after which the advertising platforms can no longer match them and they are of no further use. Usage data is kept in aggregate.
Your choices
Change your mind at any time. Clear the wg_consent cookie in your browser settings and the banner will ask again.
Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Email wiseglassny@gmail.com and we will tell you what we have, correct it, or remove it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour the request regardless of where you live.
Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, this site does not record usage data at all — regardless of what the banner says.
Children
This site is for people arranging glasswork for a home or business. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
